AutoNation CEO Calls Elon Musk's Promise About Self-Driving Cars 'Almost Unethical'

According to a report by Business Insider, AutoNation CEO Mike Jackson chimed in on Tesla CEO Elon Musk&apos;s recent promises about autonomous vehicle technology.

In an interview with CNBC, Jackson said, &quot;I think he is overpromising on autonomous vehicles in an almost unethical way.&quot; On Tuesday, ARK Invest released an article in which Musk said that, pending regulatory approval, he is &apos;certain&apos; Tesla vehicles will be able to operate without any driver intervention by the end of this year.
