UK Labour Party Could Agree On Brexit Deal Soon

Britain's opposition Labour Party's finance policy chief John McDonnell said on Sunday that the party could agree on an alternative Brexit deal with the European Union within a matter of weeks.

McDonnell added that he expects the government’s deal to be rejected.

He told the BBC, “We could agree ... Labour’s deal within a matter of weeks - the European Union has looked positively on that.

In all the discussions we’ve had they see that as the foundation of a proper negotiation." Prime Minister Theresa May has been unable to garner enough support for her Brexit deal to pass.
