According to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the current and very wet winter has helped speed up drought recovery.
Parts of Los Angeles
even recently saw snow.
The agency says under 10% of California is now in an
"abnormally dry" status.
75% is at the "moderate drought"
level as of December 2018.
