Second Fairfax accuser feels "guilty" for not speaking out

ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Meredith Watson, one of two women accusing Virginia Lieutenant Governor Justin Fairfax of sexual assault is speaking out in her first interview.

Speaking to Gayle King on CBS This Morning, Watson says she believes Fairfax preyed on her because he knew she had been raped before.

"He knew that the year prior that I had been raped by someone and that nothing was done about it.

And he was a very good friend to me, which is why I never would've expected anything like this from him," said Watson.

Watson alleges Fairfax raped her in 2000 when they were both students at Duke University.

Vanessa Tyson is the other woman accusing Fairfax of sexual assault.

She claims he raped her while they were both working at the 2004 Democratic National Convention in Boston.

Fairfax has denied the allegations.
