Supporters of Julian Assange gathered outside Westminster Magistrates' Court on Thursday following his arrest earlier in the day.

The Wikileaks founder was taken to court where he pleaded not guilty to a charge that he failed to surrender to custody for an extradition order to Sweden.

He is wanted there on one charge of rape and another of molestation.
