Lori Loughlin, Mossimo Giannulli Enter Surprising Plea In College Admissions Scam

Actress Lori Loughlin and husband Mossimo Giannulli are surprising everyone with their latest legal moves.

On Monday morning, the couple did not appear in court, but entered not guilty pleas in court papers.

They face one count each of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, honest services mail and wire fraud, and conspiracy to commit money laundering.

If found guilty, the couple could face a maximum of 40 years in prison, 20 years for each charge.
