??In 2018 to 2019, a private four year institution runs about $36,386 per year while a public four year institution runs $10,339, but back in 2005 to 2006, private ran $27,962 and public ran $7,246.??Oh but back in 1990-1991, a private four year institution ran $18,454 and public ran $3774.??In 1970-71 a private four-year institution was $11,933 and a public four year institution was $2,697.??There also wasn’t Instagram to distract you from your studies.??Oh the good times.??
