Prosecutors Think Notre Dame Fire Caused By Electrical Short-Circuit

Paris prosecutors are investigating what caused the Notre Dame Cathedral fire.

According to CNN, they think it may have been an electrical short-circuit.

A judicial source said: "We are not excluding any hypothesis at this stage." Official theorize the cause was accidental and have questioned at least 40 employees so far.

The fire took nine hours to extinguish and destroyed large parts of the 850-year-old building.
