Prime Minister Confirms Two Australians Killed in Sri Lankan Easter Sunday Attack
Australia’s Prime Minister, Scott Morrison, on April 21 confirmed that two Australians were among almost 300 people killed in the Easter Sunday terrorist attack in Sri Lanka.
Morrison said the two Australians were from the same family and had been living in Sri Lanka.
He also said two other Australian citizens were injured in the attacks and were receiving medical treatment.
One is being treated for shrapnel woulds and the other has a broken leg, he said.
