Chelsea Manning Denied Request To Be Released On Bail
Former U.S. Army intelligence analyst Chelsea Manning wanted to be released from jail on bail but was denied.
A federal appeals court denied her request and are holding her in civil contempt for refusing to testify before a grand jury.
According to Reuters, Manning has been detained since March.
Manning refuses to answer questions in connection with a government long-running investigation.
The government is looking into Wikileaks and its founder Julian Assange.
