Trump's Bailout Program For Farmers Is Expected To Double

As the US-China trade war continues to drag on, bailout spending on farmers is poised to more than double.

A second bailout program is on deck, and while details on the plan aren't available yet, Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue said it was initially estimated to total between $15 and $20 billion.

Add that to the amount of aid already provided last year and the total amount of the bailout package would come to around $30 billion.
