Using marijuana money to fight homelessness in Clark County

Clark County wants to use the money collected in marijuana business license fees to fight the homeless problem.

Under the plan, the money would provide $855,000 dollars to a homeless youth center.

The county would also give $930,000 to provide rapid rehousing services to homeless people discharged from hospitals.

County Commissioners will discuss this during today's commission meeting at 9 a.m.
