Huawei Says It Shipped Over 100-Million Phones

On Friday, Huawei Technologies said it has shipped 100 million smartphones this year as of May 30.

According to Business Insider, the U.S. Government slapped Huawei with devastating sanctions which threatens to cripple its supply chain.

On Monday, founder and chief executive Ren Zhengfei said the ban could cost the company $30 billion in revenue this year.

He also said that smartphone sales outside China already dropped 40 percent in the past month.
