Marijuana to be Decriminalized in Hawaii Next Year With Hawaii on board, pot is now either decriminalized or legal in over half of America's 50 states.

The "Aloha State" is one of 15 that has decriminalized marijuana but not legalized it.

Under Hawaii's law, there is still a $130 fine for carrying up to three grams of the drug.

But serving jail time within state borders has now been nixed.
