On “Pod Save America,” she said immigration is the “single most challenging issues within the party.” According to Business Insider, the young Democrat said “internal communication” is a weak point for Democrats.

Ocasio-Cortez said the party would benefit from having a more “unified” pitch on certain issues.

She said: "Messaging is more important than the actual positions people take.”
