As fears of a no-deal Brexit grow, Boris Johnson called Monday for France and Germany to reopen Brexit negotiations.
The British Prime Minister is due to visit Emmanuel Macron and Angela Merkel later this week, with Britain on course to leave the EU October 31st.
Johnson's call coming a day after leaked official documents showed Britain could face fuel, food and medicine shortages shortly after leaving the EU without a deal - though that view was later challenged by the government as a 'worst case' scenario.
The EU has said it is unwilling to reopen talks on the Withdrawal Agreement agreed in November last year.

Opposition leader Jeremy Corbyn said Monday the Labour Party will do everything they can to stop a disorderly Brexit.
Corbyn called on lawmakers against no-deal to vote to bring down the government in a no-confidence vote.
He also said Labour would form a time-limited government to stop no-deal.

The IHS Markit Household Finance Index dropped to a three-month low of 43.7 in August from 44.3 in July, That said, property website Rightmove said house sales have surged in August - normally a quiet month for housebuying.
Rightmove says sales are 6.1% higher than a year earlier.
