MacBook Airline Ban In Place

Between failing keyboards and battery recalls, it hasn’t been a good couple of years for the MacBook Pro.

The most recent problem being overheating batteries, it has caused the FAA to take notice.

This has resulted in a ban on bringing certain MacBook Pro models on airplanes, reports DigitalTrends.

Recent Apple recalls were due to batteries overheating and posing a safety risk during flights.

There is no definitive info currently on how airports and specific airlines will handle the situation.
