James Goddard arrested over protest near Jeremy Corbyn event

Self-styled yellow vest protester James Goddard blocked a car as Jeremy Corbyn left a Labour rally at the Lowry Theatre in Salford.

Footage shared to Goddard’s YouTube channel shows him using a megaphone to shout at the vehicle, with some of the crowd repeatedly calling Mr Corbyn a “traitor”.

At the end of the video, after blocking the car for a little over five minutes, Goddard is seen being handcuffed by police.
