Thousands of protesters waving US flags marched on Hong Kong's US Consulate on Sunday.

They want the Trump administration's help in ending a three-month stand off with the government.

CNN reports the march began in the Chater Garden public park in Hong Kong's business district.

The march to the consulate is part of the 14th straight weekend of public demonstrations in the Asian financial hub.
