Who Is Dominic Cummings?
Dominic Cummings was appointed by Prime Minister Boris Johnson as a senior adviser in July 2019.
Prior to his new role, Cummings had worked as an adviser for former education secretary Michael Gove, as well as a campaign group set up to oppose the UK’s membership of the Euro called Business for Sterling.
However, it’s his position as director of Vote Leave during the EU referendum that Cummings is probably best-known for.
Most notably, he is credited for coming up with the campaign’s slogan “Take Back Control” and helping devise the now infamous "£350m-a-week for the NHS" bus-slogan stunt.
