Trump Confirms Mike Pompeo Isn't A Candidate For National Security Adviser

President Donald Trump confirmed he is not considering Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.

According to Reuters, he has about 15 candidates for the role of national security adviser.

The post was previously held by John Bolton before he decided to resign.

Trump said a lot of people want the job “very badly” because it’s “a great job.” He said he would most likely have a decision on who will take Bolton’s role by next week.
