"I respect all of them": Trump ahead of Dem debate

U.S. President Donald Trump said on Thursday ahead of the Democratic debate in Houston, Texas that the eventual Democratic presidential nominee will likely be one of either Joe Biden, Elizabeth Warren or Bernie Sanders.

Rough Cut (no reporter narration).

Trump was speaking to reporters on the White House lawn before heading to Baltimore, Maryland, for a rally and hours before the next Democratic presidential debate in Houston, Texas, which will place front runners Biden and Warren on the same stage for the first time.

The third debate in the race to find a challenger to Trump in the November 2020 election will spotlight the party's ideological divisions, with moderate front-runner Biden at center stage flanked by progressives Warren of Massachusetts and Bernie Sanders of Vermont, both U.S. senators.
