: 36-:48 my dads parents actually met in the military - my grandmother was in the army air corp, my grandfather was in the army - my dad spent most of my childhood and half of his life in the marine corp..."

On top of her brother serving in the navy and her twin sister and step sister that both served in the army drossart also served in the army - enlisting as soon as she was eligible at the age of 18 back in 1997 "..2:13-2:22 i can distinctly remember telling my dad and my dad saying no child of mine is going into the military and every single one of us went in..."

Drossart fixed humvees and designed bridges out in the field - but her time in the army was shortlived - serving just one year "...1:35-1:40 i got injured during a training accident on a repelling wall and got sent home.."

Now - drossart spends her time giving back - shes the commander of american george r.

Drossart does everything from volunteering at soup kitchens, to getting vets out of their homes to socialize with others "..11:37-11:45 its great to know that the effort i put forth is going to help someone even if its not directly related to me or my family..."

Even on her 40th birthday back in may - she still found a way to give back - drossart held a fundraiser for the va fisher house in milwaukee after a challenge from her sister "..9:20-9:25 she said that i could not raise money by shaving my head - challenge accepted..."

Drossart managed to raise over 7- thousand dollars that went right back to the fisher house "..7:40-7:52 "why do you do all of this" cause they're my brothers and sisters and people were there for me when i got out and they helped me and its never leave anybody behind..."
