St john's fire and rescue was called a house in the twenty seven hundred block of river road around two thirty this morning investigators say four adults and five children escape the burning building fire officials confirmed the flames started in the kitchen.

Also the house didn't have working smoke detectors five fighters say frigid frozen conditions kept them from arriving sooner bit of a delayed response due to icy road conditions in just the overall weather to see the last day mom turn hinders our response with the icy roads so we are able to go in and extinguish the fire as gator say no one was hurt in the blaze also a fire truck
