Counter-terrorism police are investigating a knife spree Friday (October 11) that resulted in at least five wounded in Manchester, England, although the motive is currently unknown.

Matthew Larotonda reports.

Police are investigating a knife spree that left at least five people injured in Manchester, England.

The attack happened at a shopping center.

One man is under arrest.

He is believed to be in his 40s.

Counter-terrorism detectives have taken the lead due to the location and nature of the attack, authorities say, but the motive isn't yet known.

The 2017 Manchester concert bombing was Britain's deadliest militant attack in recent years.
