NASA: First All-Women Spacewalk, Tomorrow Morning

NASA has rescheduled its first all-women spacewalk for this Friday, reports Gizmodo.

It was initially scheduled for this past spring, but spacesuit troubles forced NASA to scrap the event.

Astronauts on the International Space Station, or ISS, have completed 214 spacewalks in the past 21 years.

US astronauts Christina Koch and Jessica Meir will leave the ISS in order to replace a failed power controller.

NASA TV coverage of the spacewalk will begin at 6:30 a.m Eastern Time tomorrow, October 18th.

The spacewalk is scheduled for 7:50 AM, eastern standard time.
