A robot detonated the suspected explosive which was found on Lai Chi Kok road in Prince Edward.

Protesters staged an illegal march through the Asian financial hub's Kowloon district on Sunday, showing their movement still attracts widespread support.

Tens of thousands joined the demonstration, which descended into chaos with police and protesters exchanging tear gas and petrol bombs.
