'She's Hit Rock Bottom': Friend Worries About Lori Loughlin's State Of Mind

A long-time friend of Lori Loughlin says the actress has hit "rock bottom." Loughlin and her husband have been charged with conspiracy to commit fraud and conspiracy to commit money laundering.

According to CNN, the pair pleaded not guilty to the charges in April.

But Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli now face new charges against them.

They're accused of bribing University of Southern California employees to get their daughters admitted to the school.
