Play without fear, Jones tells unchanged England
Eddie Jones names same side to take on South Africa in Rugby World Cup final

TOKYO, JAPAN (OCTOBER 31, 2019) (REUTERS - ACCESS ALL) 1.

(SOUNDBITE) (English) ENGLAND HEAD COACH, EDDIE JONES, SAYING: "We just want to go out there and play.

The great thing for us is that we have done the preparation, we know have done the preparation and we are ready for this occasion.

We have spent four years getting ready for this occasion.

That is why the players can be relaxed, that is why I can be relaxed, because we know we have done the work.

We are not relaxed about knowing what is in front of us.

We know South Africa is going to come hard.

They have got a history of being the most physically intimidating team in the world, so we have got to take that away from them.

The boys know what is ahead of them, everyone knows what is stake, but because we have had such a good preparation we can go out there and play without any fear." STORY: England have named an unchanged starting team for Saturday's (November 2) Rugby World Cup final against South Africa, with the introduction of scrumhalf Ben Spencer on the bench the only variation from the 23-man squad that beat New Zealand.

Spencer, who has 20 minutes of international experience from three replacement appearances, arrived in Japan only on Monday (October 28) as a replacement for Willi Heinz after he was ruled out due to a hamstring injury picked up in the semi-final.

Winger Jonny May and captain Owen Farrell have both recovered from dead legs, with prop Kyle Sinckler also fit after limping off in the semi-final with a calf problem.

There had been speculation coach Eddie Jones would revert to the lineup he used against Australia, with Farrell at flyhalf to beef up the midfield in the face of South Africa's physical assault, but he has stuck with the side which produced one of England's best performances for years to beat the All Blacks.

"We just have to go out and play," Jones told a news conference on Thursday (October 31).

Spencer said he was confident he was up to speed with England's playbook, having been involved in the squad over the last couple of years, but was still struggling to deal with the shock call up.

Futuristic VTOL High-Speed Business Jet Can Land On Almost Any Surface

Is this the future of business jets? South African aircraft manufacturer Pegasus Universal Aerospace has developed Pegasus Vertical Business Jet (VBJ) a lightweight hybrid passenger aircraft with vertical take-off and landing capabilities allowing to land almost anywhere. Thanks to its cool-air fan technology, it’s even safe to land on grass or on wooden decks. It's ability to landing on a multitude of surfaces eliminates the need to travel to and from an airport heavily reducing travel time for passengers. At first glance, the Pegasus VBJ looks like a typical small-size private jet for the more experienced eyes, they may notice a difference - the shape of the wings. The jet has a traditional propulsion system that allows it to take off and land on conventional runways and fly like a regular airplane but its vertical thrusters integrated into the wings achieve the necessary lift so that it can land and take off vertically. The Pegasus VBJ has a capacity for a maximum of 7 passengers.
