Jennifer Williams said the call between President Donald Trump and his Ukrainian counterpart was “inappropriate.” According to Reuters, she said Trump insisted Ukraine carry out politically sensitive investigations.

Tim Morrison, a White House aide with the National Security Council, testified a similar idea.
