One person is in the hospital following a rollover crash on the Beltline.

It's 6:5 ... time for the morning sprint as we get you out the door with everything you need to know to plan your day.

We start with breaking news... one person is in the hospital after a rollover crash on the beltline.

It happened just before 11:30 last night in the westbound lanes near rimrock road.

This comes less than 12 hours after an earlier rollover crash on the beltline between monona drive and south towne drive... one person died at the scene and another was seriously injured after being ejected in that crash.

A student is hurt after a rollover crash involving a school bus.

It happened in western wisconsin near arcadia when the bus lost control on a patch of mud.

The bus was carrying about 20 children at the time.

Madison police are looking for a group of teenagers they say robbed a gas station on the west side overnight.

It happened just before midnight at the speedway gas station at verona road and raymond road.

Police say three people walked in and showed the clerk a silver gun ... with brown grips and green sights.

They ran from the gas station and haven't been found yet.

A man is dead in the fifth officer-involved shooting around the state in less than a month.

Police say luis cardona kidnapped his ex-girlfriend from her workplace yesterday morning at gunpoint... officers tracked cardona down near an a-t-v park in kewaunee county, where cardona shot his ex-girlfriend.

A deputy fired his weapon, killing cardona.

The ex-girlfriend was transported to the hospital for her injuries, her condition is unknown at this time.

Police are showing us how they were able to end a chase in a swamp near the alliant energy center.

It started as a traffic stop for a registration violation, but when the car seems to come to a stop, 28- year-old uriah smith jumped out of the passenger door and ran into the nearby marsh.

Smith was spotted when a drone's infra red camera picked up his body heat.

He was stuck waist-deep in water and mud.

Smith is charged with resisting an officer.

Alert days are in the forecast for next tuesday and wednesday before thanksgiving day.

A storm system will bring wind and rain on tuesday.

This will change to snow early on wednesday; some snow accumulation is possible.

Low: 38 in the evening; temperatures nearly steady/slowly rising into the 40s overnight wind: s/se increasing to 15-25 mph there's a lot to be thankful about this morning.

30 thousand pounds worth of vegtables are being dropped off at the gioodman community center right now.

It's part of their thanksgiving basket drive thats going to help feed thousands of hungry families in our community on turkey day.

The baskets are filled with canned green beans, corn, stuffing, turkey and all the fixins anything and everything you need to make an incredible meal.

This is a 31 year tradition here at good man andd organizers expect this year to be their biggest yet.

22-thousand meals will be created off this.

Keely--- with thanksgiving this week, we're kicking off the holiday travel season.

It's also cold and flu season--- and doctors from the mayo clinic say there are three things you can do to avoid getting sick.

The number one most important thing you can do is really obvious--- wash your hands.

Foggy right now here in southern wisconsin make sure you give yourself a few minutes extra to get to where you are headed.

Already delays showing up westbound on the beltline from stoughton road to john nolen.

Inbound john nolen starting to tap the brakes between rimrock and olin ave heading into downtown.

And other main routes including the interstate are moving along at the usual speeds with no crashes or delays.
