NADLER (D-NY): "NO ONE - NOT EVEN THE PRESIDENT - IS ABOVE THE LAW." The chairman of the House Judiciary Committee announced two articles of impeachment against President Trump at a press conference on Tuesday.

The first article is for abuse of power, and the second is for obstruction of Congress.

President Trump responded to the announcement on Twitter, calling it a "WITCH HUNT!"
