An unprecedented snowstorm caused the city of Newfoundland in Canada to be covered in almost three feet of snow.
One of the residents, living in a basement apartment had to shovel their way out as they were completely buried in.
Their friend and landlord helped them remove the snow outside their door, so they could go about their day.
They took their dogs out to pee after a path was cleared for them.
