The guardian angels have 4 people here in chico - now they want to expand into oroville.

Gail and her husband sean make up two of the four guardian angels in chico.

Sean says as a martial art trainer- he is teaching self defense.

"were here to keep everyone safe were here to keep families safe kids safe the homeless safe everyone safe."

"oroville and chico just had a lot of natural disaster problems that displaced a lot of people and moved a lot of people around so the reason why i think both areas need is because a lot is happening here in chico, not all of its bad, but the bad that's here is leaking into oroville because that's the next progressive place that goes," gail says anyone can be a guardian angel.

They say depending on your schedule you can patrol neighborhoods and areas any time you want.

They hope it will help curb crime.
