The small ad buy leaves the former vice president significantly outmatched by most of his Democratic rivals.

14 states prepare to vote on March 3.

The buy primarily targets Southern states voting next week.

The ads tout the former vice president’s relationship with former President Barack Obama.

The ad will air in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.
