Well, about thing that is near and dear to my heart just is what i like about going to the will and for those that don't know what is corey to move to winona in haiti is quic to move me to help her support the children and here in the us were known as the children's nutrition program of haiti.

So what are people living in chattanooga.

How can care about what you are doing and help and be a part of that.

This is our 22nd year working with the very vulnerable kids in haiti and a lot of people don't know that our headquarters here in the us is raking chattanooga no so we are having a tennis at our annual benefit is going to be march 20 which is a friday night right here at stratton hall jus down the street a spy and we encourage people to come to be a great evening and dan this year represents.

As i mentioned to you earlier.

The 10th year of the horrible earthquake that hit haiti 10 years ago and took almost 300 almost 300,000 lives which is hard to imagine speaking on that can't talk about our guest speaker.

I know he played no role and just how earthquake will impact him and his family.

Yes, i edge only by the name of len dingle who is a bostonian.

I his daughter, his only daughter, brittany went to haiti 10 years ago with her school or university.

Lynn university with other couple other students and professors and on she wasn't in port-au- prince very long to stay in the hotel montana.

She texted her mom for not looking ready to go to dinner.

This is just an amazing place.

I and and bottom line.

Add about an hour later she texted saying i know what i want to do with my life.

I want to come back here and i want to build a home for kids don't hav one and then the earthquake hit, and she was killed in it and so as a legacy to britney mr. gang goal and his wife built be like for it and the high definite although what we we will call it an orphanage because this is more like a training school to prepare these kids to be the next leaders in haiti and so we we connected somehow.

He came to our benefit.

Two years ago sen.

Corker was our speaker and i said wow i love your mission state which are good with children over there and so were collaborating with them and working to have a fabulous home.

I guess house to take people to haiti so i'm hoping to medical folks here in chattanooga to haiti to see the work that we do with the children.

We are honoring two couples that are here locally.

People out there known his wife mary and also dr. chuck sternberg and his wife martha.

He's a retired neurosurgeon and of course john talbert just retires a reverent tubing involving the children's nutrition program with which matter was a founder after 22 years from the very beginning, and rev.

John talbert was there when the earthquake hit 10 year ago and so we just encouraged local people to come and to honor them and to see the work that we are doing in haiti on you know whenever there's a crisis.

People are pretty amazing and good and they come to the rescue and in haiti.

When that earthquake hit many people came in droves within the left.

According to mood the children's attrition program hung in there stuck in there and we are tryin to rebuild the infrastructure i the people in the room we empower the women where the caregivers mostly for these children.
