WAAY 31's Sydney Martin joined live after asking the police chief about a shooting that happened and possible violations of a large gathering.

Huntsville police chief mark mcmurrary said right now his officers are working to determine if more than 25 people were gathered... and if they'll face citations.

Mcmurray said right now he is working to determine if the motorcycle clubs have business licenses in the city.

He said if they do, he's asking mayor tommy battle to revoke their business licenses.

This is the first instance the chief said where they have had issues with the health order..

" mcmurray said he believes the shooting happened between the feuding motorcycle clubs at the business.

Police haven't released the names of the suspects- but said they surrounded a house earlier today trying to bring them all into custody.

Investigators haven't released the victims names.

The city's attorney is working to get us answers on how they go about revoking a business license from those who violate the health order.
