Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh on Saturday distributed special masks and PPE to police personnel.
Deshmukh handed out safety equipments to police personnel who are on duty amid the lockdown.
Police personnel who are out on duty, have a high risk of exposure and need proper equipment while on duty.
Deshmukh said ensuring police’s safety is necessary.
