The number of covid-19 cases continues to climb tonight.
Oregon is just one case shy of one thousand.
That's after the state recieved reports of 100 new cases today.
Lane county saw a new case tonight for a total of 25 cases.
It's a man in his 60's from the eugene springfield area... who is currently hospitalized in the i- c-u.
Douglas county saw one new case... bringing their total to 11.
Benton county has 2 new cases for a total of 19 there.
Linn county has 42 after they saw 3 new cases.
Coos county is still reporting zero.
Covid-19 has claimed four more lives in oregon...raising the state's death toll to 26.
The latest is a 64 year old woman in multnomah county who had underlying medical conditions.
There are now 999 positive cases.
At least 239 people have needed hospital treatment.
