Footage from the Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok, Thailand, on Saturday (April 4th) after the country banned all passenger flights.
The building was quiet, with the only people in the building staff and a handful of disappointed tourists who had their flights cancelled.
Thailand had previously been allowing its citizens to return home but unexpectedly announced on Friday night that all inbound passenger flights would be temporarily suspended.
The move caused departing flights, which many stranded holidaymakers had been using to return home, were also cancelled.
