Health Secretary Matt Hancock said he “understands how difficult” coronavirus is for the country, adding: “I’ve lost two people I was fond of”.
Mr Hancock is not imminently planning to strengthen the social distancing rules, despite it being widely reported that the public have breached rules due to the spring sunshine, he announced at the Downing Street daily coronavirus press breifing on April 5.
