69 NEW OREGON COVID-19 CASES, 1 DEATH

Has claimed*another life here in oregon and 69 more people have tested positive for covid-19 tonight.

In our area....lane county announced three new cases for a total of 28.

The first is a woman in her eighties who lives in a private residence but is currently hospitalized in the i- c-u.

The other two are wimen in their thirties who are medically stable and recovering in their own homes tonight.

Linn county saw 2 new cases for a total of 43.

Douglas county holds steady at 11 cases and benton county at 19.

Coos county is still reporting zero.

Covid-19 has claimed one*more life in oregon...raising the state's death toll to 27.

The latest is a 62 year old woman in multnomah county who tested positive for the virus and died that same day.

And it is unknown if she had underlying medical conditions.

There are now one thousand 68 positive cases.

And at least 258 people have needed hospital treatment.
