Wtva's chelsea brown in live in tupelo with more on how the stay at home order is effecting those who sell alcohol.

Here at western wine and liquor the doors are closed to customers, but you can still call an order a bottle of you prefered beverage and pick it up curbside.

I spoke with drika dolusic, the owner, this afternoon about how business has been since the covid 19 outbreak.

Cannot be different ."

Drika dolusic- owner of western wine and liquor "a week and two weeks ago was good business people started to be scared because of the shutdown, they would buy for business and home."

She said business was doing good but after the statewide shelter in place order went into effect business has been much slower.

Especially after 4pm "its a little hard for now" western wine and liquor is still open and is offering curbside service.

The customer will call into the store and order what they want.

A worker will bring the alcohol out and get the payment from the customer "curbside is a little more work for us" all workers are wearing masks and gloves, alcohol bottles are wiped and sanitized before they leave the store.

"but that is the way to work now, you can not be different."

If you are unable to call in and place an order, drika dolusic says workers are also able to come out to your car and take an order.
