This is the adorable story of a young Australian man who got himself a tiny KITTEN to keep him sane in the 2020 lockdown When the Coronavirus lockdown kicked in 30-year-old Shane Abdula realised he was going to be spending a lot of time on his own.
Not keen to do that Shane got himself a quarantine companion in the form of adorable Pablo the 14-week old tabby kitten.
The two have become great friends and Shane is documenting Pablos antics and growth in quarantine on the Instagram page @coronakitty2020 One of the stand out videos shows Pablo jumping over an increasingly high wall of toilet paper which hilariously culminates with the tiny kitty BURSTING through the wall.
Shane who lives on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Australia said: "I live on my own in a house that's too large for one person, I have only been living here for about a year, but it was a complete scene change for me." "I have no friends that live close by as everyone is in Melbourne.
Corona Virus happened, and I realised that I was going to have to spend quarantine alone, then in a stroke of genius, I decided to get myself a quarantine kitty.
