The UK government plan to enforce tighter quarantine restrictions after Londoners were spotted sunbathing, walking their dogs and playing golf in one of London's parks.Despite government restrictions crowds continued to gather at Greenwich Park and Blackheath Common, London over the weekend (4/11).The area has become highly populated due to the UK's warmer weather and sunny spots.Police were seen patrolling the park area by car and foot - using speakerphones to disperse crowds and issuing fines.Metropolitan Police Commissioner Cressida Dick warned if the public do not obey police instructions it will "result in enforcement"."It's extremely important that we all do try to comply with [the restrictions] and we in the police of course have our part to play""If we have to we will be very firm in that, if somebody completely refuses - but this is an absolute last resort - it will result in enforcement".There are currently 51,608 cases of coronavirus in the UK, with 5,373 deaths recorded (7/11).
