As a three-year starter for the Indians, Pohleven became a dominant lineman who is set to continue causing nightmares for opposing quarterbacks at the NCAA Division II level.

Football in the fall.

West canada valley's kaleb pohleven is heading to fairmont state university in west virginia to play for the falcons.

A three-year starter for the indians - pohleven is a versatile player - playing on both sides of the ball as a center - defensive end and middle linebacker...he also served as the team's kicker.

Kaleb was team captain for west canada this past season where he helped lead the team to a spot in the dome for the section three eight man division final.

He was named to the section three all- class d east defensive team as well as the team's rookie of the year in his sophomore season back in 2017.

The following year - when the indians moved to eight-man - he was an all- central new york eight man second team member.

Pohleven capped that off his senior season this past fall by being named to the all-cny eight man first team and earned all-state eight man first team honors.

Has been labeled a dominant lineman by coaches - sportswriters and peers.

Kaleb is planning on studying civil engineering at fairmont state.
