Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo Mayawati held BJP and Congress, both parties responsible for prevailing condition of migrant labourers.
"BJP and Congress, both share equal responsibility for the current situation of the migrant workers.
It would have been better if before announcing the COVID-19 lockdown, migrant workers would have been given some time and facilitated to their native places," said Mayawati.
