A scuffle broke out between two factions of YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) in Andhra Pradesh's Kadapa district.
It took place during groundbreaking ceremony for construction of village secretariat on May 27.
Two people got injured during the scuffle.
The factions were later dispersed following police intervention.
