A visit to the hospital in the United States is usually never cheap...but in the midst of a pandemic, the exact dollar amount is hard to estimate.
Timothy Regan is from Colorado and according to NPR, went to a Denver hospital back in early April with coronavirus symptoms. A few weeks later, Regan said he was sent a $3,278 hospital bill.
