Allegheny Co. Reports 19 New Coronavirus Cases, No New Deaths

Allegheny County reports 19 new coronavirus cases and for the second day in a row, no new deaths.

This brings the countywide total to 1,870 cases since March 14 and keeps the death toll at 151.
